Experience

Karina has worked in the Jersey finance industry since 1996 and specializes in establishing and managing structures for private client families. She has broad international experience having worked with families connected to the UK, Europe, US, Caribbean and Asia. As a result Karina has extensive experience in managing a wide variety of assets including investment portfolios, real estate, private company shares and family businesses through the use of trusts, companies, limited partnerships and private trust company structures.

Qualifications

Karina is a fellow of the Association on Chartered Certified Accountants and a member of the Society of Trust and Estate Practitioners.

Personal and Professional Background

Karina moved to Jersey in 1995 and joined the trust division of Ernst & Young in 1998. The trust business of Ernst & Young was subsequently acquired by the Royal Bank of Canada Trust (RBC) in 2000. During her time at Ernst & Young and RBC Karina worked in a business group specializing in clients with a US connection. She moved to Equiom Jersey Limited in 2015 and in September 2022 joined Pentera Trust.

Karina has three children and in her spare time enjoys watching most sports especially rugby.
