Pentera Trust is a Jersey based independent trust and company services group which is licensed and regulated by the Jersey Financial Services Commission.

Our team of directors have extensive experience in dealing with private clients involved in a wide range of wealth planning structures from a variety of geographies and backgrounds. Each director is also highly qualified. The collective depth of experience and range of qualifications within the team enables us to provide a focused service to our clients.
The directors retain complete ownership in order to maintain true independence. In addition, we do not accept any direct or indirect commission from any third party advisors. This ensures that appropriate advisors can be selected for our clients free from potential conflicts of interest.
The Pentera ownership structure ensures that our management team are fully committed to the business and that there is continuity in the handling of all client affairs.
As a regulated entity, our financial accounts are fully audited and we carry professional indemnity insurance that is significantly in excess of the regulatory requirements.
