Experience

Susan has worked as an HR generalist and Learning & Development specialist in Education and the Welfare to Work industry since 1997. Her role at Pentera is to provide HR support to the team.

Qualifications

Susan holds a BA (Hons) in Psycholinguistics and an MA in ELT Management. She is an Associate Member of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development.

Personal and Professional Background

Susan was born in Scotland and moved to Jersey as a child. She was educate at Hautlieu and went on to study at University of Essex  and Chichester Institute of Higher Education. Prior to returning to work for the Government of Jersey in 2013, Susan was an English teacher and teacher trainer working in the Middle East, South America, the UK and Jersey, and later, a Learning & Development Advisor in UK and Saudi Arabia.

In her spare time she enjoys choral singing, travelling and is currently learning British Sign Language.
